服食布緯必須注意

「布緯療法不是單靠芝士+亞麻籽油。」Kukuku小姐還為大家分享一些重要的訊息,以下是服用布緯療法的時候必須注意、不可以改的地方:
1)芝士+亞麻籽油+亞麻籽,最好在傍晚五點前吃完。
2)每天都要喝胡蘿蔔、蘋果、紅菜頭、芹菜汁(可加薑,可加其他蔬菜,視口味而定)。
這是為了增加酵素和排毒。但多喝胡蘿蔔汁可能令皮膚變黃,可以改隔天喝,或者按照Kukuku小姐的方法。
「若每天一個中形胡蘿蔔+一小塊紅菜頭+蘋果+芹菜+薑+檸檬是合適份量。不會過多的。還可配搭其他蔬菜。我初喝時也有掌心微黃的情況,過後就沒有了。若真的太黃便停一段短時間,改喝其他蔬菜汁。當然不要再另外加維他命A補充劑。」
也不要隨便再服用任何的營養補充劑,更加絕對不可以吃人參和任何補品。
喝蔬果汁要在服用布緯食療最少40分鐘之後。
3)要吃不同顏色的蔬菜,水果、豆類(除了黃豆與黃豆產品,納豆可以)。
4)吃含有益生菌的食物,如sauerkraut(酸椰菜汁),日本納豆等等,可改善腸道健康。日本味噌也含有益生菌,但不建議用滾水沖泡,譬如用來代替沙拉醬就最好。
5)要素食,吃粗糧,絕對不用其他油,不甜食,不吃任何加工食品。只吃新鮮食物。甜食是癌細胞的食物。但可以吃蜜糖。
6)非常重要的一點──每天要吸收陽光,深呼吸新鮮空氣。
7)放鬆身心,不要焦慮,多休息。
8)咖啡奶茶不能喝。多喝綠茶和香草茶。
9)個人清潔用品不能含有防腐劑以及有害添加劑。不要用加了氟的牙膏,家中的食水要先用過濾器。
10)要注意遠離電氈等等的強烈電流或電子用品。用手機的時候要用耳機。
11)煮食用具不要用易潔鑊,要用不銹鋼鑊等。譬如瓦煲。
12)素食者要注意補充維生素B12。維生素B12從食物中補給。缺乏維生素B12可以引起嚴重的健康問題,我會另文詳述。
Kukuku小姐:「一樣可以煲老火湯,只要不放肉,放合桃,腰果,栗子等等,味道更清甜。我常煲的有金銀菜湯、青紅蘿蔔湯、西洋菜湯、羅宋湯、蓮藕綠豆湯等等。但切忌留隔夜。」
Kukuku小姐還介紹水炒法:「用中大火,菜下鑊後邊炒邊在鑊邊加水,一點一點加,只要不黏鑊底便可。用的是高溫蒸氣把菜炒熟。非癌症病人都可以用水炒法炒菜,炒完才放橄欖油,因為橄欖油不耐高溫。此食法更健康,我覺得比我以前用油炒更好。」
Kukuku還推薦一種自己做的叫Oleolux的油,這也是另文介紹了。

    • Here’s a bit more info. From Dr. Budwig’s book entitled “The Oil Protein Diet Cookbook” (http://tinyurl.com/budwig-oil-protein-cookbook), below is what she says about coconut oil (page vi):

      Coconut fat (oil): Purchase only high quality unrefined coconut fat available at your local health food store.

      Browsing through the recipes, it seems that she uses coconut oil only in making Oleolux (page vii). However, Oleolux is used in many recipes.

      Dr. Budwig also uses pumpkin seed oil in at least three of the recipes:

      Nettles with yeast flakes (page 121)
      Mushroom dish (page 122)
      Soya salad sauces, sweet & spicy (page 151)
