降膽固醇高血壓偏方

有一劑「降膽固醇高血壓避免中風」的偏方,我知道了很久,但一直沒有寫出來。所有我寫出來的所謂「秘方」、「偏方」,在寫之前,我必定請教過中醫,或者對醫理十分了解的學者,甚至要我認識的人,或者我自己親自服用過,認為有效我才寫出來。這劑「偏方」,據說是岳華傳出來,而服用者心臟三條血管嚴重栓塞,醫生已排期為他做手術,但他服此方僅二十五天後,醫生在手術前覆驗,發現血管通暢,已經「沒有栓塞」。雖然岳華是老朋友,但我沒有聽他親自說過,所以不算。想不到前兩天食神艾迪又提起這個方,巧的是,他自己也服用過。
肥艾迪超級體重,多年前胸悶,他懷疑是心血管有事,照方服用兩星期已無胸悶現象。而在之前,他的長輩被驗出冠狀動脈一條輕微阻塞,兩條嚴重阻塞,已不能通波仔,必須搭橋,醫生排期一個月手術,他服用此方一個月後,再檢查,已經恢復正常,不需要動手術。有此前因,我便將此方抄錄如下:白背黑木耳二両,瘦豬肉二両,紅棗五個,生薑二片。用法:先用水浸透木耳,將湯料以適量清水煮一小時,得湯約二碗,每晨空腹飲下,餘渣酌量食之。日飲一劑,廿五日為一療程,之後再抽血驗膽固醇。如體質怕寒,加生薑二片。服至正常後,不時服食,不用長服。白背黑木耳要去信得過的藥房買。這東西對心、腦血管都有幫助。
